We had a wonderful stay and loved the cozy King room with its comfy bed and modern amenities. The pool and fitness center were super relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a long day. My only small issue was the ongoing renovations that slightly disturbed the peace, but overall, we enjoyed our visit! 😊

We had a little scare when my mom left her purse at breakfast, but the concierge returned it right away! Super grateful for the honest help. The place was a bit outdated with some mold in the bathroom, tho. Breakfast was pretty basic—coulda used some fruit. Nice effort overall, but a few things need fixing.

I had a great stay at Quality Inn Westfield, Springfield! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with my needs. My room was clean, comfortable, and included a microwave and refrigerator, which made my stay even better. The queen room had cable channels, a hairdryer, and a microwave which was super handy. Loved the safety deposit box for my valuables. Had a great spa area too for some relaxation. The staff were friendly and super helpful when I needed anything. Parking was easy and right by the entrance.
